🏰We're a small, castle-obsessed studio that got tired of adventure games where every hallway leads exactly where the map says it will. Kingdom Secrets: Lost Crown started as a hand-drawn floor plan with too many dead ends, and it grew from there — a sprawling royal keep built specifically to be poked, prodded, and gotten lost in.
👑Our mission is simple: reward curiosity. Every locked door, dusty tapestry, and suspiciously loose floor tile in the castle exists because we believe the best part of exploring isn't reaching the end of a level, it's the moment you notice something the level design almost hid from you.

No timers rushing you, no combat forcing your hand — just a castle, its secrets, and however long you want to spend with them.

Kingdom Secrets: Lost Crown was built on one simple rule: your castle, your business. Here's what that means in practice.
None. The app requires no account, and we do not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or usage analytics. Your progress — passages found, chests opened, how close you are to the Ancient Crown — is generated and stored only on your own device.
Because nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. There is no data pipeline running behind the scenes. Every feature, from puzzle logic to save progress, is calculated entirely on-device.
All game data — save files, unlocked rooms, puzzle states — is stored locally on your device using standard local storage. We do not operate a cloud database, and there is no server for your information to travel to.
The app does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or external SDKs. Nothing rides along with your gameplay data, because no gameplay data leaves your device.
Since your information never leaves your device, there's no transmission to intercept and no remote database to breach. Security here mostly means keeping the app lean and free of unnecessary permissions.
The app does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data collection occurs at all, it is compliant with COPPA by design.
You are always in full control of your own data. Since everything lives on your device, deleting the app removes your data along with it — there are no cloud backups or linked accounts to worry about.
We may update this policy to reflect new features or clearer language. If we do, we'll update the effective date above so you can see when it last changed.
